Mr. John O.O. Akinleye, a Professional Banker is currently the Executive Chairman of the Board. A Barclays Bank Plc London-trained Registrar, a former Deputy General Manager of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, an erstwhile Managing Director/Chief Executive of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, a former Chairman of Standing sub-Committee on Bankers’ Tariff, a sub-committee of the Bankers Committee, the apex body of the Banking Industry.
Mr Lawal Ayinde Lawal holds a B.Sc degree in Banking and Finance, Msc in Organisational Behavior and MBA in Human Resource Management. He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) as well as Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Certified Management Trainer.
He started his career with Union Bank of Nigeria Plc from where he left as Investment Manager to Ideal Securities and Investment Ltd as Head of Capital Market. He joined Redasel Investment Ltd in March, 2008 and left as MD/CEO in December 2011. He later joined Renaissance Securities Nigeria Ltd as a consultant/EquityTrader. He was the Managing Director of AAL Ltd before joining Kinley Securities Ltd in 2018. He was later appointed as Managing Director/CEO in 2019.
Mr John Omobolanle Akinwale Akinleye Jnr obtained a B.A. in Industrial Economics and Masters Degree in Information Technology from the University of Nottingham. Mr Akinleye Jnr started out his career with J. Sainsburys Ltd in UK, where he was employed as a trainee fast Track Manager. However, having completed the intensive trainee program Mr Akinleye Jnr decided to move back to Nigeria, where he Joined the then Union Merchant Bank Ltd (Corporate Finance Department) and played an active role in the Banking consolidation exercises by taking a number of the Banks including Union Bank Nig Plc to the market to raise the ₦25 Billion minimum Share Capital base required for them to stay in business. Whilst with Union Merchat Bank, Mr Akinleye Jnr gained quite a bit of experience and knowledge about the workings of the Capital Market by constantly liasing with members of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigerian Stock Exchange, other Issuing Houses as well as Stock Broking Firms in order to ensure that Offers were carried out successfully, and in a timely fashion. Mr Akinleye Jnr currently works in Kinley Securities Ltd, in the capacity of Head Compliance and Processes.
Ngozika is an innovative professional with a demonstrated track record of over a decade Experience cutting across Auditing, Accounting and Stockbroking. Prior to joining the firm, She Started her career in Nigerian Breweries Plc as an Industrial attachment graduate. From NBL Plc, she moved to Nigerian Ropes Plc where she worked and served as Account officer for over six years. Ngozi later joined Sankey Limited and worked in the organisation for six years before joining TFS Securities Limited (now Nuremberger Securities Limited) as the Treasurer. She pioneered and piloted the Compliance unit of the firm for five years before joining Kinley Securities Limited in October,2014
Mr. holds a Bachelor degree in Communication and Language Art from University of Ibadan. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Management (ICM).
He started his career as a teacher I where he rose to the position of Vice Principal before he joined Kinley Securities Limited in 1997. He is now the Administrative and Human Resources Manager.
Akinduro Eric Akinnifesi is highly effective, confident and motivated person. He studied marketing from the polytechnic, Ibadan. He holds MBA from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He is a member of Chartered Institute of loan and risk Management of Nigeria.
He joined Kinley Securities in year 2006 and has contributed immensely to the growth of the company. He is currently Chief Risk Officer.
Koyenikan Eniola is a B.Sc degree holder in Geography from University of Ibadan, Diploma in Data Processing and PGD in Computer Science from University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.
He started his computer career with Safole Nigeria Limited where he ended as a Training Manager. He joined Compute-rite Systems Limited as a Systems Administrator in 1996 where he rose to the position of Business Development Manager before leaving for Kinley Securities Limited as IT Manager in 2003.
